    Do you offer room service?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer room service. Meals are served at the hotel's restaurant area only.

    Are there any non-smoking rooms?

    We do have non-smoking rooms. Please select the non-smoking room option at the time of booking. Please note that if fully booked, it may not appear in the options. In that case, please write your preference in the comment section and we will deodorize the room for you.

    Is room wear provided?

    We prepare yukata for our guests. There are different sizes, if the one you find in your room does not fit you, please do not hesitate to come to the front desk.

    Is a reservation required for the restaurants?

    A reservation is not required, however, as our restaurants get crowded during the weekend, we recommend you make one. Please note that the Japanese Restaurant Bar “Ajinoren” does not accept reservations.

    Where is the closest station?

    A.

    When coming by shinkansen, the closest station is Shiroishi-Zao.
    If you are using the local train, close stations are Ogawara Station and Shiroishi Station. Unfortunately, there is no pick-up service, please use the bus bound for Togatta Onsen and get off at the last stop, which will be in front of our hotel.
    There is a bus departing from Sendai Station 10 times a day, it takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    How are the road conditions in winter?

    We recommend to have stud-less tires and tire chains, as it may be dangerous to drive with normal tires.

    How far is the closest convenience store?

    Yes, upon paying an entrance fee, you can use the hot springs from 12:00 to 21:00 (last entry 20:00). ※Wednesdays 14:00 ~ 21:00

    Our Tattoo Policy

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    We sell tattoo cover seals at the front desk for 200\ each.

    Can I connect to the internet at the hotel?

    -Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group trip, the group's name.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
