Noto Gourmet

Noto is famous for its abundant, unique seafood dishes. We prepare a breakfast buffet in the morning, which offers both Western and Japanese-style food. There are also several restaurants available on site. The izakaya-style Aji-noren offers regional sake and food for dinner in a casual restaurant setting. In Cherry, you can drop in for a nice cup of coffee or some cocktails in the evening. Sakura offers dinner, with set menus that show off the best of Kaga and Noto cuisine, or an all-you-can-eat buffet. Shochikatei is a private room where you can enjoy irori-style grill for dinner, with fresh seafood.

Japanese Onsen Experience

We source our water from the Shika no Sato onsen, which is a mix of a chloride and hydrogen carbonate springs, each boasting a different beneficial effect on the body. You can enjoy the hot water both at an outdoor rock bath and an indoor public bath. There is also a sauna available in the indoors part of the Japanese-style public bath.
