We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

Are there any baby cribs available?

Baby cribs are available for rent upon paying a fee. However, since the number is limited, please contact the hotel in advance if you need any.

Are rooms non-smoking?

Yes, since April 2014 all rooms became non-smoking.
Public spaces as well, except for some banquet halls, are non-smoking. Please use the smoking room on 1st, 3rd and 7th floor. -

What is the view from the guest rooms like?
A.
From some rooms you can see Mt. Yatsugatake (Northern side), Mt. Fuji and Southern Alps (South side).
From the rooftop observation deck, you can see Mt. Mizugaki and Mt. Kayagatake as well.
However, please note that depending on the season, weather conditions, etc. it may be hard to get a clear view. -

How big is one tatami?

The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6㎡.

Is there internet connection at the hotel?

There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.
Please select the wireless network (SSID) called “YatsugatakeRH” on your device.
Please note that:
-We are unable to provide support for the functioning of your device, please refer to your device’s manual or support system.
-The service does not guarantee 100% internet availability.
-Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.
-Connection speed might slow down due to unforeseen circumstances.
-We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unexpected suspension or malfunction of the service.
-It is the customers’ responsibility to keep the connection secure. The hotel is not responsible for security issues such as viruses, leak of information etc.

Can I receive packages at the hotel?

You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group trip, the name of your group.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.

Our Tattoo Policy
A.
Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.
We sell tattoo cover seals at the front desk.
