About Guest Rooms

    Can I bring my pet with me?

    A.

    Yes, there is one room designed for guests coming with pets. The fee is \2,700 per night (per dog).
    As the room may be booked, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability.
    In addition, in order to let all our guests enjoy their stay, please read and understand the following conditions:
    -We accept small dogs (up to 5kg) older than 1 year only;
    -Please use a carry bag (or small cage) when moving inside the building;
    -Please do not leave your pet alone when you go out;
    -Please bring necessary items such as carry bag, toilet sheets, dog food, etc.;
    -Please do not walk your dog in hotel areas shared with other guests as well (lobby, restaurants, etc.);
    -Please clean and brush your dog before departing for your trip so that the room can be left in nice conditions for the next guests;
    -Please make sure your dog is well trained and does not bark excessively.
    Please note that if the conditions are not satisfied, we may refuse your booking.

    How big is one tatami?

    The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6㎡.

    Which is the nearest interchange? How do I proceed from there?

    A.

    The nearest interchange is Tonami Inter.
    When you exit the interchange, at the end of the street, please turn right and get on the national highway no. 156. Go straight ahead.
    When you see a supermarket called Apita on your left, proceed for about 1km. The 5th traffic light after the Inter one is the "Takando" intersection, please turn right there.
    Keep going straight ahead till you see the "Hisa Izumi" traffic light and turn right. Turn left at the next traffic light "Ota".
    If you go straight ahead you will find a big river (called Shogawa). Cross it and you will arrive at an intersection called "Yasukawa". After passing in and proceeding for 300m, you will be able to see the hotel signboard, keep the right and you will reach the hotel soon.​ ​
    It takes around 15 minutes from the Tonami Interchange.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group trip, the name of the group.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
    We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. Please purchase necessary medicines before travelling.

    Our Tattoo Policy

    A.

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.
