Is there room service?

Unfortunately, there is no room service. We serve food at the restaurants only.

Can children stay for free?
A.
A facility fee of ¥1,210 (tax included) has to be paid for every child under 6 years old. As the western style rooms are equipped with semi-double sized bed, it is possible to share the bed with your kid without any extra fee.

Can 5 people stay in the same room?
A.
Although both Japanese and Western style rooms’ maximum capacity is 4 people, 5 beds can be arranged in the Japanese room (2 beds and 3 futon). Please understand that there won’t be much space left.
As booking options are limited to 4 people in one room, please fill in the request column with the desired number of beds (a 5 people fee will be applied). -

Can I bring my pet with me?

We have 2 rooms arranged for guests coming with their pets.
However, we do not accept reservations online, so please contact us by phone to check the availability for your desired dates.
In order to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we ask you to read and understand the following points:-
Only small sized dogs (5kg and below) will be accepted

As excessive barking may annoy other guests, please do not leave your pet alone in the room

Please avoid walking your dog in public spaces in the building and use a carry bag instead
