Check in is from 15:00, while check out is at 10:30.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

Unfortunately, we do not provide baby cribs. However, we can add an extra bed or futon (upon paying an extra fee). Also, most of our rooms have a semi-double sized bed, so you may share the bed with your child.

The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1,6㎡.

There are 3 ski areas you can enjoy around the hotel:
Ibukiyama Ski Resort (about 30 minutes by car), Okuibuki Ski Resort (about 60 minutes by car), Yogo Kogen Resort Yap (about 90 minutes by car).

The nearest golf course is Hikone Country Club (about 30 minutes by car). There are also Tsuruga Kokusai Golf Club, Ogaki Country Club and Meishinryuo Country Club. You can book through our hotel so please do not hesitate to contact us.

The festival takes place from April 14th to 16th, with the peak being on the 15th.

Breakfast is served in a buffet style, which includes both Japanese and Western style dishes. It is served from 07:00 to 09:30 (last entry 9:00).

You may wear the room wear (yukata etc.) and slippers prepared by the hotel to go to the Japanese Restaurants, however, please refrain from wearing it when eating at the French restaurant Laise Passe on the 13th floor.

We have a parking lot with 150 units. It operates on first-come first-served basis and reservation in advance is not possible. You can park your car before check-in as well as after check-out. As parking spot is secured upon purchase, you can take you car out as many times as necessary and enjoy sightseeing without worry.

Yes, our shuttle bus will pick you up from JR Nagahama Station's West Entrance (Biwako entrance). Please confirm the timetable with our Access page.

On the 1st floor you can find 4 washing machines equipped with tumble dryers.

You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

There is no ATM at the hotel, however, there are several inside the shopping mall (Heiwado Monde Cool) in front of Nagahama Station, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a Seven Eleven convenience store close to the station as well.

As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.

A shopping plaza is located on the 1st floor.
You can choose among a wide range of local specialties from Nagahama and Shiga prefecture, but we also sell travel necessities and bath goods used in our hot spring.

There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.

- We are unable to provide support for the functioning of your device, please refer to your device’s manual or support system.
- The service does not guarantee 100% internet availability.
- Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.
- Connection speed might slow down due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unexpected suspension or malfunction of the service.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to keep the connection secure. The hotel is not responsible for security issues such as viruses, leak of information etc.
- For security reasons, we cannot answer questions concerning our system.
- We do not rent out equipment such as Wi-Fi routers etc.

We have an outdoor pool that is open during the summer.

The adults' pool is about 25 meters long and 12 meters wide, the deepest point is 110cm.
Children's pool (ring-shaped) is about 7 meters in diameter and the deepest point is 50cm. There are changing and shower areas as well.
Please note that in order to use the pool you must:
- Have completed the check-in procedures at the front desk,
- Wear swimwear,
- Refrain from using the children only pool,
- Follow the instructions of the lifeguard,
- Use floats that are smaller than 120cm,
- Stay advised that depending on weather conditions the pool may be closed during normal business hours.

Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities, including the outdoor pool, are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.
