    We are sorry to inform you that there is no room service available. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

    How is breakfast like?

    A.

    Breakfast is served in a buffet style, which includes both Japanese and Western style dishes. It is served from 07:00 to 09:30 (last entry 9:00).

    Is there parking available at the hotel?

    There is a free outdoor parking lot with 260 units.
    Although reservation in advance is not needed, please inform us in case you are coming with multiple cars or welfare vehicles. Please note that there are no covered parking lots, even for bicycles or motorbikes, we recommend bringing a vehicle cover if necessary.

    Do you have a free pick-up service?

    We offer a free shuttle service between JR Minabe Station and the Hotel 6 times per day. Please make sure to reserve in advance (at least by the day before your arrival) as capacity is 20 people per ride. For the time table and instructions on how to reserve, please refer to the Access page.

    Are there baby cribs available?

    We are sorry to inform you we do not provide baby cribs, however, an extra bed can be arranged (upon paying a fee). Also, as our beds are semi double sized, you may share your bed with your child.
    Changing tables are available in the restrooms of 1st and 2nd floor.

    Do you have yukata and slippers for children?

    A.

    There are 2 sizes for children’s yukata: 100cm and 120cm. We also have 22cm slippers. Please feel free to ask about them at the front desk.

    Are there special meals for children?

    A.

    In our Japanese Restaurants, as well as the French and Chinese ones, we provide special meal sets for children (from 3 to 5 years old).
    Prices will vary depending on the meal and season, so please contact the hotel.
    The breakfast buffet is free for kids below 3 years of age.

    Do you have a swimming pool?

    There is an outdoor pool (135cm depth) which only opens for the summer season (from mid-July to late August). There is a children's pool too, which is 5 meters in diameter and 35cm deep.

    Is it possible to use the hot springs without staying at the hotel?

    A.

    Yes, it is possible to have a day-trip at the hotel’s hot springs. Upon paying a fee of \1,000 for adults and \500 for kids (below 6 years old), you will be able to use the hot springs during the following time:

    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 15:00~20:00
    Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 13:00~20:00

    If you reserve for lunch or dinner too, you will get a 50% discount on the hot springs entrance fee.

    Our Tattoo Policy

    A.

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    Is there internet connection at the hotel?

    There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.
    Please select the wireless network (SSID) called “daiwaresort” on your device.

    - We are unable to provide support for the functioning of your device, please refer to your device’s manual or support system.
    - The service does not guarantee 100% internet availability.
    - Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.
    - Connection speed might slow down due to unforeseen circumstances.
    - We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unexpected suspension or malfunction of the service.
    - It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the connection secure. The hotel is not responsible for security issues such as viruses, leak of information etc.
    - For security reasons, we cannot answer questions concerning our system.
    - We do not rent out equipment such as Wi-Fi routers etc.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
