We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

Are there any baby cribs available?

There are baby cribs available for rent, the fee is \3,564. However, as the number is limited, please contact the hotel in advance. Also, since most of our rooms have a semi-double sized bed, you may want to share the bed with your child.
Please note that in that case room amenities will not be prepared for your child, but room wear and a towel set can be rented at the front desk for respectively \300 and \500.- ※

We offer a wheelchair friendly Western Style Twin Room. The structure is completely barrier-free and the bathhouse is accessible as well. However, as we only have one wheelchair designed room, we advise you to contact us as soon as your trip dates are decided.
